Delivery:

  • Camouflage Outdoor Activities Limited will make every effort possible to ensure that all goods arrive at their destination in perfect condition. The company cannot be held responsible for the actions of the courier used. If such circumstances occur and damage is noticed upon delivery, they must be signed for as damaged upon receipt and claimed for in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions.
  • We can only accept orders for delivery within the UK.
  • Orders placed can only be delivered to the card holder’s address, please ensure the correct address is given so as to avoid unnecessary delay.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to any PO Box addresses.
  • All air or Co2 bottles will be delivered to you unfilled.
  • Delivery of goods will normally be within 14 working days or earlier, however on occasions this may vary depending on stock availability. In such circumstance we will inform you of this by telephone or email.
  • Goods remain the property of Camouflage Outdoor Activities Ltd until final payment has been received in full.

Pricing:

  • All prices published on our website are inclusive of VAT. (shown in brackets under main price)
  • Camouflage Outdoor Activities Limited will endeavour to ensure that the prices published on the website are correct.
  • The company reserves the right to make any pricing adjustments deemed necessary due to increases in the companies suppliers prices, the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or due to any error or omission if the prices published for the goods on our website are wrong.

Postage & Packaging:

  • Prices published on our website do not include postage and packaging.
  • An additional charge including VAT will be added to your order at the time of purchase.
  • Payment for all goods is due in full when placing the order.
  • Only payments in pounds sterling are accepted.
  • Payments can be made by all major Credit Cards, Switch, Electron, Mastercard or Visa.
  • Camouflage Outdoor Activities Limited will not charge your credit card until your order is ready for delivery.

Credit card security:

  • All credit card payments are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantees & Warranties:

  • All of our products are covered under the manufacturers warranty and we will endeavour to transfer the benefit of any warranty or guarantee to the buyer. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns policy:

  • Under the European Distance Selling Regulations the buyer has the right to cancel their order for any item purchased on the website for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the received goods have not been used, and are still in their sealed original / un-opened packaging.
    A restocking fee of 20% will also apply.
  • Before returning any item(s), please call Camouflage Outdoor Activities Limited on 0800 328 4112 to obtain a return authorisation number.
